The 365 can flatten down to a compressed size of 26” long x 18” wide x 2” depth, with the top rolled for the 30 liter size.
When the pack is full, and the top rolled up for the 30 liter size it is about 24” long x 12.5” wide x 8” depth.
The pack also expands to a 45 Liter; Allowing the pack to expand at the top an additional 10”, creating a total length of 34”.

The pack with light carry will fit under the seat or above in the storage bin on flights. 
When it's maxed out you will want to use the rain cover that is hidden at the bottom of the pack and check your bag.  May your missions be more enjoyable!
