Every fall in Colorado, some resorts battle out to be the first to open in North America. This year Keystone announced they were opening for the 2019/2020 Season 10/11/19. A Basin wasnt happy to see that so hours later they decided to open from 3-5pm that day taking the first to open in North America for the 2019/2020 Season.

We are proud to announce that we will open Black Mountain Express TODAY, Friday, October 11, from 3:30 to 5:30. There will $15 lift tickets and $5 beers and $5 apres ski dishes in the 6th Alley. Mug sales will start tomorrow at 8 am. #LetsLegend #racetoopen #ABasin
