Exchange & Return Policy
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from CG Habitats / CandyGrind / Kushi-riki, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, minus the original shipping cost. Please ensure the products meet the following return criteria:
Return Criteria:
- Items must include all original tags and be in the same condition as when received
- Items must be neatly folded when returned.
- Items with pet hair or damage will not be accepted.
- Items purchased from other sources or returned in used/damaged condition will not be accepted.
Return Fee:
A $4.99 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.

EXCHANGES
Need a different size? We recommend processing your exchange as a refund and placing a new order for the correct size to ensure your item ships as quickly as possible.
If you prefer to process an exchange directly with us, please follow these steps:
- Include your original packing slip in the return package for reference. On the packing slip, please write what you would like the item exchanged for (e.g., size and color). Please ensure the products meet the following exchange criteria:
- Items must be in their original condition as received with all tags attached.
- Items must be neatly folded when returned.
- Returned items must be free of pet hair and damage.
- Items purchased from other sources or returned in used/damaged condition will not be accepted.
- Please note: exchanges are only allowed for the same item in a different size or color. Exchanges for a completely different item are not permitted.
- Securely package your items and ensure the shipment for your protection, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Eastlake, CO 80614 - After your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 3-5 business days after your refund is processed for it to post to your account. We’ll process the exchange and ship the new item(s) to you. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund and issue it to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your credit card provider.
